RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Nain's Gallery, we strive to provide high-quality abayas and modest fashion products to our customers.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving their order by contacting our customer support team with clear photos of the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Nain's Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
